I only have limited knowledge about shorting a company...mostly just basic stuff. I was always asking myself why the hell would someone try to short Clinuvel...especially at the current stage of development with upcoming US sales or a strong pipeline which isn’t priced in at all yet...then I found this pigs guy over at HC. It seems to me they don’t know how to exit at this low volumes without making too much loss. He winds like an eel from left to right just to create a little uncertainty for mom and dad retailers. It’s actually really funny since he is completely unreachable for a honest discussion based on facts. I know you are reading this pigs and I tell you something...just buy them back as long as they are at 30, 35 or even 40AUD...you are running out of time and you now should really start thinking about damage limitation. One thing is certain buddy you won’t get mine

@DenzelWash Yup, this is likely a case where there is evidence that the person is acting in bad faith potentially linked to shorters. LevelHeaded2000 was possibly another case. But these instances are rare. So listen up Clinuvel as we all know how much several of you love to read this board: stop taking pot shots at discussion boards in general for what happens here - it is discussion taking place in a big information vacuum created by yourselves - of course things will be said that are in fact 'wrong'. So, CUV management - why don't you actually out what you consider comments that are in bad faith and correct these on the public record. You have yet to do so. All we get are obsessed ramblings from the Chair. Either put up or shut.

@DenzelWash they won’t get mine either. I’m also regularly topping up which I’m sure others are doing too. Overall I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t resulting in an increasing net shortage of shares going forward during these stages.

Too many of us have a 5+ year hold plan for most if not all of our share holding. They’ll have to pay a lot to get any of mine

7 June +42 days to end of trial for the first AIS patient. First patient ends trial 19 July. Clinuvel has all readouts and MRI scans+analysis for this first patient on day 42 I suppose.

Hopefully the patient survives and got a lot better.
Why investors are not told anything yet?Numbers(readouts) don't lie we could get some idea of it is safe and has some effects or not. Maybe the patient can also give some feedback comments I suppose some patients will come back from near plant status after stroke. To recover completely would be spectacular, to repeat it for six patients would be miraculous

6 patients treated was the aim but it depends on stroke patients arriving at the hospital for timing. Clinuvel don't need to wait until all patients are treated. Although I understand they want to avoid bias and wrong conclusions when disclosing data on 1 patient before others are treated. Though the patients are so critical that it's questionable that bias plays a significant role. At least cuv come could tell us if they intend to wait for all patients ending trial. Bring some clarity please.

When will cuv expect to treat the first EPP patient down unda? Treatment start Israel?

30 Nov 20 the DNA repair study for ten healthy volunteers and 1 single dose was approved to commence once restrictions lifted. This study should be over now. What's the news here cuv?

23 March XP DNA repair trial was expanded after agreement with the regulator. That is 4 months ago...what is the status there? VP trial was announced last year. Did it start yet?

What was the outcome of the latest FDA discussions with patients on vitiligo? Why is there a continuous delay in starting a trial? What is blocking progress here for over a year now?

Please give us a strategic update and not a personal view on the global economy.

i think a thinly traded company like clinuvel is great for shorters. They are not interested in what the actual company does but more how much trade is going on and how easy influental the sp is. Because of the information vacuum you got a perfect shorting target im afraid :( You short a few, you cover a few and the sp is going to nowhere. It is frustrating as hell but as long as there is nothing substantial to report this shorting won’t change much.

Frances Myers (Head of Creative) has been at the easel for Clinuvel since December 2020. Steven Greaves, Clinuvel's marketing guru, started in June. 3 months is totally feasible to punch out a marketing plan. Should have something ready by end of September. PW said the CBM division is moving to Monaco in September. Maybe in spirit, but the Heads will be staying put in the UK. These recent hires including the former digital marketing manager all live in the UK, is PW going to shift staff and their families to Monaco? Or is it twice weekly visits "to the office" as per the job descriptions in the Monegasque job aggregator? Betting on an October release of the first OTC in time for Christmas.

Clinuvel is starting a pilot run of OTCs initially, where are they being produced? Vallaurix currently has no license to manufacture in Singapore as per the Health Sciences Authority website. America is the only other location where Vallaurix is a member of a personal care products industry body, in addition to having secured a number of state licenses. In my view, releasing OTCs in Europe is fraught with danger as Clinuvel's marketing authorisation under exceptional circumstances is too fragile to risk the ire of the EMA. It's feasible Clinuvel is producing the OTCs in Europe but I haven't found an industry body within Europe that Vallaurix is a member of.

PW mentioned previously in a January newsletter this year that Clinuvel was in the process of acquiring wholesale and distribution licenses in each US state. Scenesse is not sold in each state. Yes, they could be laying the distribution groundwork for other medical products like Prenumbra etc, but does it go further into OTCs?

In a year where much was promised by virtue of an increased cadence in communications including the woefully titled "Strategic Updates", it has been even more frustrating than previous years gone by. 5 months left to go and we are still yet to hear about the first XP and AIS trials let alone progress on Prenumbra and expansion of markets. I also keep forgetting there is a 6th indication to be announced. This week's announcements better be good.

share data of first AIS means a force to share data early on, this is not the style we know from cuv so i do not expect it - and i like it this way. I do not need news driven pushing storys or the opposite, first patient didn´t do so well... let them gather thier data (ASAP) and than show us the magic.

To add on this, we should not blame the shorters for the sp. They take advantage of an opportunity created by the management. You can argue how ethical shorting is, but that is a different discussion. Currently it is allowed, and with a no news company like clinuvel it is an easy target. Management should take the lead and make the news the sooner the better. Management yelling at how unfair shorting is in my humble opinion a sign of weakness. They knew all along shorting is a reality and possible. You create a strategy. Whining that the world is so unfair is quite pathetic. Who told you life is fair in the first place?
Time for a Lagavulin.

@IntiRaymi They put up a post like that but don't explain why taking a look at collogen is important? Hello Clinuvel, how does collogen relate to the work that your company is doing? Do we have an freaking editor on the social media team? What the actual suck? If I were reading this as a disinterested 3rd party, I would be thinking "collogen, hmmm cool ... and what"? Sometimes I wonder. Clinuvel, hey if you're listening, please try your media posts out here first. We, the peanut gallery, can help you with insightful comments and polish up your posts before you put them out to the world. Think of us as the "Quality Assurance Group". We'll work for free.
