Would WinHealth be able to file a China NDA for EPP on behalf of Clinuvel without the company being required to report it to the market and the ASX? I’m wondering if we could be closer to China approval than we might think or if progress is indeed very slow because no news is coming out of China. I’d like to wake up to the news about China being approved, but it’s probably wishful thinking.

OK you guys I've kept out of watching these bloody shares on a daily basis as it was getting annoying with the way this company operates 'them". I have noticed that some of you guys were getting excited today especially when they got to $42.30 only to see them close only up 63c. Now this is BS so could you more learned friends explain to me who actually made lots of money today and how???🚂
I did, for one, and I imagine most others on this board did. Last we heard from you, the SP was about 28. Now it's over 40 and you're still bitching. Sure we'd all like it to be 100 or more, but at over 40, there is little to complain about. 63c gain = 1/2m for some on this board.

Another close with a lot of cross trades after 4.00pm. Have only noticed this (a lot of cross trades) happening over the last week or so. Does anyone have a view on what that is about?

@schlitzo I am completely happy with the current price..... what I was asking is for someone on this forum to please explain to me if the people that paid above $42 for shares over the past two days DO THEY LOSE MONEY?.....If not why not!! So get off your abusive high horse.

Filing an NDA with the FDA is not a reportable event to the SEC for American companies. There are a dozen rejected NDAs for every accepted one, and several that that the public doesn't hear about.

I assume Australia will be the same as the United States here.

Don't mistake what most companies do as a normal marketing campaign, ("hey look, we filed an NDA"), as passing a reportable threshold. For the simple reason that it's R&D still and not material and significant yet until it passes.

Case in point, notice we didn't discover the mistakes in our own NDA, one of the bloody longest NDAs ever, until 30 days after Scenesse was approved... because that's when privacy expires and it becomes public record. All we knew the entire time is what Clinuvel told us, and they could have told us nothing.

Trivia: FDA work product is protected from 'Public Information Requests' by a special Congressional protection until 30 days after approval. There's another area in the government also protected, has to do with the SEC and special internal bank interest rates within the national banking system.
