Yes, some analyst report came out, changing their outlook on the upside from $2 to $5. And supposedly there will be news on the phase II trial results which were conducted to test PL8177 as a late-stage treatment for inflammatory COVID (i.e. ARDS, fibrosis of the lung, etc...).
PL8177 the melanocortin 1 receptor agonist?

H.C. Wainwright analyst Joseph Pantginis is behind today’s news as he reiterated the firm’s buy rating for PTN stock. To go along with that, Pantginis also increased the price target for PTN stock from $2 per share to $5 per share. That new price target for PTN stock represents massive growth potential for the company. The $5 price prediction is a roughly 1,371% upside for the stock compared to its closing price on Tuesday.
It’s also worth pointing out that the buy rating is right on the money with the other two analysts covering PTN stock holding the same stance. However, the $5 price target is well above the consensus of $3.33 per share.
So why is the H.C. Wainwright analyst taking such a bullish stance on PTN stock? The company is preparing to start its Phase 3 clinical trial for its dry eye disease and visibility and that could mean major gains for the stock, reports TheFly.com.

@seeva222 Yes, I've read that DED is a billion dollar market. Also, Vyleesi is picking up steam through word of mouth as they have no sales or marketing department. 98% increase in revenue.

Try facing me and tell me I have no balls.
Why should I, I don't know you?
If we knew each other and you were talking nonsense, be assured that I would tell you face to face.
Why do you even feel addressed!?
I guess you have had also your experiences with people who talk behind your back...
I hope you don't belong to this kind of people!
I personally prefer people who don't whine all the time without changing anything about their situation.
I couldn't care less about BB's comments, but it's really starting to get annoying!
If I were him I would sell my shares and look for a better investment, but for such a decision you also need the balls. The only understandable motive for not doing this and still continuing to whine in the endless loop is for me to be short.
In a way I am short too, because I have sold meanwhile 60% of my shares to invest it elsewhere with the goal of just buying back into CUV bigger.
If CUV should finally have the value most of us are convinced of or hoping for, I would still be happy for the remaining 40%, because in my world the glass is always half full and this way I put myself in a win win position.
However, in no case would I try to manipulate the newbies nor the more anxious among us by any comments.
I hope you can live with this answer and although I still not understand why you felt addressed, be assured that I had no intention to offend you!

Just defending BB, he should be able to complain as much as he feels like without people continually having a go at him, maybe a few here should just concentrate on the game (Clinuvel) and not the player (BB). I do not ever say much but I read all on here. No need to take my comment to heart.

@10xTrader

Thanks for reporting this here. I appreciate that.

Well, personally I doubted that he is honest (for good reasons I d say) and I am quite sure he is - lets stay diplomatic - playing in his own league (especially when it comes to moral and oportunism). That he does not exclude CUV from this after this price drop makes me even more wondering. I had some strange feeling when it came to the massive drop after the FDA approval already.

For me I have my own opinion regarding the mysterious short seller and I was wondering for the reasons, why Clinuvel was never on Homms stage. Why there was never an interview with Homm etc? I think I have my own answers on this questions and I believe there are really good reasons why PW keeps a heathy distance to Homm and his circle.

On the other hand I am wondering if Homm just missed to exit on the top as he is not that good in timing (just to reference his weird try to short biontech after it was discounted already).
